Refund Policy

    At Gaming Fusion, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality digital gaming services. However, refund requests will only be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.

  2. Eligible Refunds

    You may qualify for a refund in the following cases:

    • Your payment was completed, but the requested boosting, coaching, or in-game service has not been initiated or delivered
    • You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order
    • The transaction was unauthorized or identified as fraudulent

    Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

    • Services that are partially or fully completed
    • You change your mind or are dissatisfied after confirming the order and once work has begun
  3. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, you must:

    • Email admin@gaming-fusion.com within 7 days of your order date
    • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request
  4. Processing Time

    Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only
